4.3. International Payments: For students from other African countries or international users, payments may be processed in USD or a locally supported currency. Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in fees due to currency fluctuations or bank charges.

5.2. Intellectual Property: All course content, mentorship materials, and resources provided by ITCloser are the intellectual property of ITCloser Technologies or its licensors. 5.3. Mentorship Conduct: Both mentors and mentees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination from the program and the platform.

5.4. Completion and Certification: Completion of courses and mentorship programs may result in a certificate of completion. These certificates are not a guarantee of employment or specific job outcomes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful computer code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other user accounts.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services.
