Institutional Regulations & Metrics

Excellence is the Minimum Standard.

At IITR, graduation is earned through consistent performance, practical execution, professional conduct, and measurable growth. Every Builder is evaluated not only by what they know, but by what they consistently do.

Section 01

The IITR Standard

What It Means to Be an IITR Builder

Technology professionals are not defined by certificates alone. They are recognized by their ability to solve problems, deliver results, collaborate effectively, and uphold professional standards.

Core Institutional Philosophy

Research

Apply

Graduation from IITR signifies readiness to contribute meaningfully to the technology industry through competence, discipline, and integrity.

Section 02

Continuous Accountability

Excellence is Built Every Two Weeks

Rather than relying solely on a final examination, IITR evaluates every Builder through structured accountability reviews conducted every two weeks. Each review measures consistent growth, execution, and professional development across multiple dimensions.

Every accountability review is scored out of 100 points.
